IMMEDIATE FREEZING

A basic condition for the high quality of our products is their immediate freezing. A few hours after the catch of the products from the Greek seas, the products arrive at our facilities and after the appropriate processing is completed, they are immediately frozen in a deep freezing environment at -40 ° C so that the catch retains all its nutrients unchanged.

QUALITY CONTROL

In the company we observe and apply the strictest rules and standards of Quality Assurance according to the HACCP standard in all our activities, from the selection of raw materials, equipment, production, processing and finally the distribution of the product.

TRACKABILITY

Thanks to the advanced traceability system, each of our products has its own identity with a unique batch number (LOT number), so that we can know at any time where it was caught, how it was processed and where it was distributed.

TRANSPORT

Our products are transported from our facilities to the buyers, keeping the refrigeration chain at the required temperature (from -15 ℃ to -18 ℃).
